My bunco group charges $6 to play (1.5 teeth). My own tooth fairy, of my growing up years, only gave a dime. I also came across a book my mom had called I Should Have Seen It Coming When The Rabbit Died, by Teresa Bloomingdale and as I sit back and think of that book, I swear she was a fortune teller and wrote my life before I lived it, LOL. I have 6 kids with number 7 coming in 19 days. (BTW - I came across your blog via Dawn's) So I pretty much have BTDT with alot of stuff, but I have to laugh when it happens to others, evil I know, LOL. I unfortunately don't think to write about the crazy things my kids do, when I am dealing with it, I dont even think - man this will be funny once its all over with.
Anyway, I just wanted to say hey.
~JenniferJenniferhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05050466263238656666noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-29186394.post-75774529186880509152007-09-28T22:55:00.000-04:002007-09-28T22:55:00.000-04:00Oh, I promise I hadn't read this before my post. Y...Oh, I promise I hadn't read this before my post. Yours is funnier than mine anyway. I thought I was being overly generous with $5, but then I heard the neighbor boy got a video game under his pillow. At the end of the day, Kaleb was happy with his 5 bucks! :)shaunahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11742270945335370549noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-29186394.post-13270325341712480092007-07-29T07:45:00.000-04:002007-07-29T07:45:00.000-04:00Thanks for visiting my blog. Well, I catch some time in the morning while the kids are playing, eating breakfast & watching a cartoon. I can also type about 60 wpm and think in 'blog' and often know exactly what I'm going to write about so that helps too. Hubby hasn't left yet but when he does he'll be gone for 15 months with a two week mid-tour break. This is our first deployment so I'm not quite sure what to expect except that I'll likely feel like a single married mom again like when he was in training but this will be longer and I may start getting gray hairs. ? I like your blog, you are a great writer. And $2.64 a baby tooth? Geeze! I think I got a quarter, maybe fifty cents if I was lucky and that's when my parents I mean the 'tooth fairy' remembered. Ha! I don't want to think of what it'll cost after inflation by the time my kids start losing their teeth. Saving for college will have to wait I'll have to start saving for the tooth fairy!Rebeccahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12731583979680673836noreply@blogger.com
