My daughter threw up over thirty times on her flight from Amsterdam to her study abroad in Cape Town. She had to get IV fluids on the plane (another passenger was a doctor and started the IV) and she spent her first day in South Africa in the hospital. A small but necessary comfort, if one must get up close and personal with the toilet. I can't imagine being sick in an airline toilet! Poor Anna (and poor other passengers! They're doomed.)
