I just tend to get irritated with my Ana, who cannot walk across the room without announcing that something hurts, her stomach feels funny, her THUMBS hurt (WTH?), she might have a paper cut... I usually say something really profound like, "You think you've got aches and pains now? Wait until you're 42 and drop the soap in the shower!"<BR/><BR/>She's not impressed.Barb Matijevichhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16469997012394334517noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-29186394.post-67211700912523463472007-09-01T17:01:00.000-04:002007-09-01T17:01:00.000-04:00He actually looks very cute when he is worried. He actually looks very cute when he is worried.Suburban Correspondenthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11488916572135296650noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-29186394.post-22975844442247748492007-09-01T16:25:00.000-04:002007-09-01T16:25:00.000-04:00Brian sounds like a kid after my own (beating unev...Brian sounds like a kid after my own (beating unevenly? maybe clogged? ) heart...MadMadhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11550335108031470562noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-29186394.post-86769976790052217302007-09-01T07:16:00.000-04:002007-09-01T07:16:00.000-04:00Yes, I believe "growing pains" was the general dia...Yes, I believe "growing pains" was the general diagnosis given to our generation for any strange symptom we experienced growing up. That used to upset me, but now I understand. My kids will have any number of nonsensical physical complaints in any one day; and it's impossible to differentiate between the majority which are unimportant and the extremely few which may be potentially life-threatening. So I think our parents used to just play the odds there and tell us not to worry.Suburban Correspondenthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11488916572135296650noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-29186394.post-16373005229385595582007-09-01T00:32:00.000-04:002007-09-01T00:32:00.000-04:00You sound so heartless!
