Hahahahahahahaha!! One of the little things that really starts to get to me when my husband has been traveling too much is that I have to make my own coffee--because he usually makes it. Those girls at the office, their coffee can't hold a candle to my man's. :)
There would be plenty of people in my office claiming that the jerk got punished enough - by having to drink instant coffee for the rest of his life. If I were her, i would be very tempted to spit in his coffee every single time I made it. Not sure I would've done it, but very, very tempted.
Wow. Just...wow. Can't even imagine - and I think that's a GOOD thing. Though I'll admit to an inadvertent throw down between me and my (now) husband 20+ years ago at a restaurant. Something along the lines of "too bad you can't make turkey and dressing as good as that." I took it as a challenge. He's learned since then.
Ahahahaha....eeew. I shall show this to anyone who disses Women's Lib. It's absolutely unbelievable that life was ever like this.
It reminds me of my mom, who used to talk back to the TV. Remember the "ring around the collar" commercial? She used to say, "Why don't you tell your husband to wash his NECK?!"
He's a tool. He doesn't deserve coffee.
ReplyDeleteI LOVE THIS!!
ReplyDeleteThank you for sharing, made my day...
Loved,loved this...

ReplyDeleteThe correct response, of course, would have been, "Make your own damn coffee!"
ReplyDeleteI got queasy just watching it. Eew.

ReplyDeleteWhat was the coffee additive from "9 to 5" Skinny & Sweet v. Rat poison? That is a tempting thought.
ReplyDeleteMy husband could have written this commercial! He hates my coffee. Luckily he knows better than to ever mention any "girls at the office"!
ReplyDeleteFunny, especially since instant Folgers is nasty coffee.

Egads, Folgers INSTANT! Even their regular ground coffee isn't all that great.
ReplyDeleteYeah, I can think of plenty of things I would do to his coffee if anyone ever said that to me.
Laxative, anyone???
